Role Description
We are seeking a Research & Documentation Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong writing, research, and organizational skills who are passionate about helping clients achieve their immigration goals. You will play a critical role in preparing EB-2 NIW, EB-1, and other complex immigration petitions, conducting detailed background research, reviewing compelling case narratives, and ensuring all documentation is accurate, well-organized, and aligned with USCIS standards.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on client qualifications, achievements, and supporting evidence.
- Organize supporting exhibits, documentation, and case records with precision.
- Collaborate with clients to gather necessary evidence and refine their case presentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of U.S. immigration processes and standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Rhemma Consult’s case preparation framework.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in research, writing, and documentation (legal/technical writing experience is a plus).
- Excellent organizational skills with sharp attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prior exposure to immigration, legal services, or academic research preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with a diverse remote team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, English, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
